Sit with your knees slightly bent, heels on floor while holding a large detergent bottle, milk jug, water jug or 10-pound weight in front of chest. Now lean back until you feel your abs engage. Now twist right & touch bottle to floor. (as shown) Now twist back to left; no that’s one rep! Repeat until you can't do anymore. See, you don't need personal trainers!
